1.As shown in the example picture, LeadMould was the first plastic injection mold maker who had capability to implement innovation to get this big tailgate part produced integratedly in one mold.This kind of tailgate part was generally made separately (the upper and lower outer panels normally made in seperate molds). After the integrated mold making, the cost and assembly time of parts were greatly saved.
2. This part requires painting on part surface, which has high requirements for parting line. In this case, it requires no mismatch or flashes on parting line.
Key points of mold machining:
1. Large height drop, large mold processing volume and high processing accuracy requirements.
2. High requirements of mold fitting.
3. Due to the heavy weight of the mold, special mechanisms need to be used to prevent the mold from falling too much, but this will also lead to increased wear.
